Terms of Service

By accessing or using Wafi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeQuatro, the operator of Wafi.

Wafi is a social media management dashboard that enables businesses and individuals to schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok and Instagram. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce. You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including TikTok (via the TikTok for Developers API). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and developer policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party platforms. You grant us permission to access, store, and use your data from these platforms solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of LeQuatro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeQuatro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeQuatro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
